Souvenirs from South Korea :D

My uncle and his wife has just come back from South Korea and brought me things those I surely like <333 heheh. Every time they go overseas, they brought something back. Honestly I never put my expectation high, but the souvenirs those they bring back forever amaze me :D

First of all, there's orange white chocolate from Jeju Island. Jeju is known with its orange, tbh. The orange is sliced thinly and then dried, and finally covered with white chocolate. It tastes sweet-sour - sour because of the orange and sweet because of the white chocolate on top of the orange. My uncle and his wife bought me a big box with another two box inside. I'm not sure how many chocolates one small pack has...I didn't count it and took some right away, my mom seems to take some out of the box too...

And then they bought me three packs of red bean bread and Crunch Punch. The package of the red bean bread is cute- like seriously :") I should have collected them...but I threw them away T^T

Since they joined a tour, seemed like they visited Myeongdong or Dongdaemun, because they bought me these mask sheets! I'm really surprised when I saw these...I was like "how did you know me so well?" :") Six from TONYMOLY and six from Esfolio. I don't know what is Esfolio...but I'll search for it some other time.

They bought three for each type of mask sheet - seems like they want me to share them with my mom & dad...but sorry not sorry, they're marked as mine as soon as I touched them :")

Three pairs of eating utensils from South Korea! I've been wanting the metal chopsticks like from ages ago. I like the grip and the end of the metal chopsticks meet, not separated like wooden ones. I handed them right away to my mom...I think we won't use them that much as my mom doesn't cook Korean food (we usually eat in restaurant lol) and eating ramyun is a big no for me (because the instant ramyun is too spicy for my tongue - but I eat jjajangmyun B") ).

The last one is a pair of homey socks haha. I can't wear them around with shoes since they're too thick. However! They're warm so of course, I can sleep with them warming my feet :D heheh. They're cute right? /.\

[REVIEW | UPDATED] Innisfree - No-Sebum Mineral Pact

name : Innisfree's No Sebum Mineral Pact
expired : 24 months after opening

So today, my package has just arrived, yey \o/ I ordered Innisfree's No Sebum Mineral Pact from sitizhong18. Not only got my order, I got tester too :D I don't know about the tester's function and haven't used it yet, so I'll put the review for the tester some other time.

Since I got the package by myself (actually taken by my servant but at least it's not opened by her hehe), so I took pictures of opening the package.

The package fortunately arrived to me safely, thanks to bubble wrap and JNE didn't throw it.

Innisfree's No Sebum Mineral Pact and tester of Innisfree's Eco Science Dual Kit.

Packaging detail for Innisfree's No Sebum Mineral Pact.

The package comes small and handy, suitable for travelling.

Comes together with puff.

There's barrier between puff and the contain - hygienic.

Why Innisfree's No Sebum Mineral Pact? I wanted a product that could reduce my sebum. There are many ways to reduce it, including using blotting paper or no-sebum powder. I personally thought using blotting paper is a bit complicated (I honestly have a bad and wrong habit of using blotting paper - I rub it against my face, not patting it). Then I googled things about sebum control and found out that oil control powder exists!

I had to choose between Etude House Dear Girls Oil Control Pact, The Face Shop Lovely ME:EX Angel Skin Powder, and Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Pact.

The Face Shop Lovely ME:EX Angel Skin Powder isn't translucent, so the product is out from my list (I need translucent one so it won't make my makeup clots). I only have Etude House Dear Girls Oil Control Pact and Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Pact as choices, so I decided to ask the admin - she said Innisfree's is better than Etude House'.

How does it work? It can be used after any skincare. It can be used often (with or without makeup) everyday, when your face starts to get oily or too shiny to your own like. Just pat it gently against your face and your shining face will turn right away into matte one. Since it's translucent, you can just right away put it on top of your makeup.

**REVIEWS**

How is the performance? It has zero coverage as it's translucent. It can last long as you only need small amount of the product to reduce the sebum. The powder right away erases my sebum, turning my shiny face into matte one. I like it honestly, however the finish is too matte for my own likeness. It's just like I'm putting on powder instead of BB Cream (I'm using Etude House BB Cream Cotton Fit) and I don't like it. However, honestly I think all oil control powder will have the same finish with this one (I'm not sure too as this is my first time using this kind of product). It perfectly reduces the shine on my face, it doesn't make my face looks so matte (which is not my style). After using this product when I've shine on my face, it looks perfectly like I've just reapplied my BB Cream :D

**CONCLUSION**

Will I buy Innisfree's No Sebum Mineral Pact again?
I haven't use this for travelling and I'm planing to bring it to meet my friends some other time or going to Singapore on January, so I'm not sure yet. However, from the performance, I guess I need to buy this again as my face is the combination type. My face gets oily on T-zone, whether the weather is cool or hot.

Recommended or not?
Absolutely yes for those who don't like their face to be shiny because of sebum. It's hygienic, handy, needed in tiny amount only, and expired after a long time (24 months). The matte finishes honestly won't bother much to other people as it's only my preference. However it's not recommended for those who seek for coverage, as this product is translucent.

UPDATED 29 DECEMBER 2014

So finally I can get picture of my shininess (?) perfectly. I didn't posted a picture of myself using this product before since the before and after weren't any different...but now you can see what's happened to my T-zone right? :D

I've brought this product with me today. I really like this product honestly, because I only needed small amount to cover my shiny face :D

[REVIEW | UPDATED] alivelovearts @IG - Camel White

name : Camel White
color : white
size : 39
addition : platform (5 cm high)
where to buy : alivelovearts [Instagram]

So, I have just bought a pair of shoes called Camel White from alivelovearts from Instagram. It is locked so you need to follow it and accepted by the admin there so you can see the catalogue.

First of all, how I came to see this account? Actually I was in search for heels or wedges. There were many shoes those fit with my style, however I was so scared to buy them as many people (especially my mother) said "Don't, what if the size doesn't fit? What if it hurts your feet?". However, I kind of picked up all of my courage to buy this pair of shoes. Many testimonies said that shoes from alivelovearts are comfortable on feet.

Why alivelovearts? It guarantees to allow you to exchange size between three days after the package arrive in front of your door. However, no exchanging to another type of shoes or colour - just size.

Why Camel White? As I mentioned before, I wanted heels or wedges - just shoes that can make me looked taller 5 cm (better to make my legs longer though haha). And in addition, I want to buy shoes those I will wear quite frequently, seeing that I'm going to Singapore this January (yeey!!). There are two colours for this shoes though - white and brown. I choose white because it can be worn with any colour. The platform is 5 cm high and flat - so I think it will be comfortable for long walk and makes me look taller too.

**REVIEWS**

Is it really comfortable? Yes, it is. I can see why when I touched the inner part of the shoes. There is thin sponge that is soft, so I guess it won't hurt my feet. And my prediction is right - when I wear it, walk to the mirror to check myself, it doesn't hurt.

It arrives fast. Honestly this is based on what service the shop uses. alivelovearts chooses Si Cepat - cheap service that I prefer more than JNE. The admin said the shoes would be sent at night (17 December 2014 - 10.15 PM), and tada! My mom came home, bringing a package to my room. Turn out that the package has arrived this morning (18 December 2014). Unfortunately I can't take pictures of me opening the package as the package is already opened first by my mom T.T

The size is relative small. The shop only has 36 - 40 for size. I usually wear size 38 (24 cm), but 24 cm in this shop means size 39!

Honestly, I have longer left foot than right one. Usually the right one fits perfectly with size 37, but because of my longer left foot, I need to buy size 38 (24 cm). I wore Camel White, the right one has no problem with the shoes, the length for the left one fits perfectly too. But it felt like something made it felt like cramped for me. I thought I needed to exchange to size 40, but found out the problem right away when I checked the sole.

The sole protrudes. It pressed my foot upward, but the front part of the shoes will be better without it. First time wearing it, I thought it could possibly cut blood circulation to my toes and I was going to exchange the size, but nah...I'm too lazy for it. Besides, the length already fits perfectly for both of my feet. Maybe I just need to adjust? Yeah...adjusting won't hurt haha.

It has small width. This shoes is surely not recommended for those who have large foot width (read the update part in the end of this review to know more).

Easy to get dirty. Cries...While I was just thinking whether I would exchange size or not, I accidentally graze my left shoe with the right one! It was really only a light graze that my foot did not even feel it, but it left black mark (cries a river).

In the end I tried to clean the mark off with water and eraser...I splashes a tiny amount of water and then erase the mark. Well, it worked though...even though it took a long time? (PS : you can clean dirts with cajuput oil and its friends xD)

**CONCLUSION**

Will I buy another shoes from alivelovearts
I'm not sure about this because I'm not a fan of buying shoes online (still prefer buy offline because I can try the size or the comfortableness). However, this shop gets thumbs up from me because it's proven to be comfortable to be used.

Recommended or not?
Not recommended for those who have large foot width, but recommended for those who are brave enough to buy shoes online and have small foot width. Make sure you check the length of your feet and their width, then ask to the admin. You need to check the catalogue, some shoes are cute enough. alivelovearts doesn't only sell flat shoes or shoes with platforms, it has wedges or heels too.

UPDATED 29 DECEMBER 2014

I wore this shoes with and without socks. The first time I wore this shoes, they hurt my feet, however I didn't wear socks. My mom then recommended me to wear socks. So today, I used this shoes with socks.

They still hurt my feet a bit, but not as hurt as not wearing socks. I can wear this shoes for hours longer with socks than not wearing socks. The shoelaces need to be not too tight against my feet, like that, I can easily take off the shoes when I'm on car or restaurant (it means I'm resting my feet).

In addition, I met my grandma today. She said my shoes seemed to be too small for me when it's not. Then I replied that they're quite tight at the front side. She agreed to it - well this shoes do have small width I think. So in conclusion, sole protrudes isn't the problem anymore, but small width.

Seriously not recommended for those who have large foot width.

Blink Blink Nails

In a lazy day, just a simple nail art will be perfect <3 However, just putting nail polish is boring. Then somehow, I looked a bottle of unused glitter purple and got an idea to make this :D

(PS : If you notice, I did my right and left hands differently haha)

Making this nail art is really easy : just polish your nail with the base colour and then pour the glitter on your nail (don't dip your nail because it can lump). Lastly, you can put the top coat.

I used Etude House : Play Nail! #46 and cheap purple glitter that I bought from a stationary store in front of my school :")

Chocolate TIger Nail Art - Rawr!!!

Friday, December 5th, 2014 - the last day of final exams of first semester :) As soon as I arrived at home, I immediately took my nail polish and did my nails hahha. Tomorrow is my friend's 17th birthday dinner too, so I think it won't be a waste to just paint my nails in simple nail art like this.

By using chocolate THE FACESHOP's Face It nail polish (omg- it doesn't have information about the color....but it's dark chocolate, like real chocolate :3) and for the tiger-fur-pattern-like, I use Innisfree's  Eco Matt Top Coat.

This is using flash version- you can see the difference between the uncoated and coated one right?
